Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, referrals, and outreach
- Lead consultative sales calls (no pushy tactics — just truth + alignment)
- Customize service recommendations based on client needs
- Maintain CRM updates and communicate regularly with the founder
- Collaborate on campaign launches, incentives, and client experience optimization
